What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

Deliveries, via our partner carrier, are made exclusively with an appointment schedule that you choose. This allows you to calmly determine the day of delivery and to be available when you receive your order.

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. During this period, you have the possibility to send us your request for cancellation via our after-sales contact form, section "I wish to cancel". How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. This message offers you dates for a delivery schedule You will be asked for a programming date for each package that makes up your order (you can then program them on the same date to simplify the reception of your order).

Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

So that your products can adapt as best as possible to the space provided for their installation, all our swing gates, gates and fences have the advantage of being able to be cut across their width. However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

Do you do "tailor-made"?

How to maintain your aluminum product?

Aluminum requires very little maintenance. To maintain its shine and durability, clean it once or twice a year with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth.
Rinse and dry thoroughly, and avoid abrasive products or high-pressure cleaning, which could damage the powder coating.

Made of Qualicoat-certified powder-coated aluminum, they are highly resistant to corrosion and weathering. Their anthracite gray color (RAL 7016), with a matte sandblasted finish, harmonizes with all CASANOOV aluminum gates and pedestrian gates for a modern and refined look.

These posts are designed for installation in concrete (without a base plate), ensuring a robust and durable fixing, even for motorized installations.

They are compatible with all our aluminum gates and pedestrian gates up to 160cm, as well as with all CASANOOV motors, for simple and reliable installation.

Important: This kit does not include a base or mounting plate. It must be set in the ground with a minimum of 50 cm of concrete to ensure maximum stability.

The TANKER C600 sliding gate motor is designed for users wishing to motorize their sliding gate to automate its opening and closing. It allows you to transform your gate into an electric sliding gate.
This rack-and-pinion motor is suitable for all types of sliding gates that can be motorized.
Whether for PVC, wood, aluminum, or iron sliding gates, this automatic system can be installed on all models weighing less than 600 kg.

Tanker C600 motor features:
- Opening according to your choice: left to right (factory mode) or right to left.
- Automatic closing: After opening, the gate will automatically close after 0, 10, 30, or 60 seconds, depending on your choice.
- Pedestrian mode: The gate opens only partially and then closes after 0, 5, 10, or 30 seconds.
- Condominium mode: This mode allows for reduced settings and the configuration of up to 50 remote controls. Each remote control will control: button 1 (gate opening), button 2 (gate stopping), button 3 (gate closing), and button 4 (pedestrian mode). Each remote control will operate in the same way.
- Adjustable opening and closing sensitivity: Depending on your environment, you can adjust the opening and closing power.
- Manual gate release. With the included key, you can disengage the opening of your gate and operate it manually.
- Auto-stop. The gate stops if it encounters an obstacle.
- The motor cannot be connected to a backup battery. In the event of a power outage, manual release with two keys (included) is possible. This disengages the motor's output pinion and allows you to operate your gate freely.

You can combine this motor with photocells, a flashing light, and an opening push button. Be sure to check the electrical compatibility (voltage in Volts) of your existing accessories if they are not from our website. All our accessories are compatible with all our motors.

Installation Tips:

To successfully connect and configure your motor, proceed step by step and check that it's working properly between each step. If you're adding accessories to your C600 motor, check that your motor is working properly each time. Finally, make sure your electrical wiring is clean. This will help you with your installation and prevent electrical leaks.
