The composite sliding gate is appealing first and foremost for its wood-effect finish, which is warmer than a uniform metal infill. The composite material replicates the nuances and texture of wood while remaining more resistant to moisture. It won't rot, crack, or require seasonal protection. Combined with a powder-coated aluminum frame, it forms a rigid, durable enclosure well-suited to continuous outdoor exposure.
To maintain the composite gate, washing with clean water and a soft sponge is sufficient in most cases. For more stubborn stains, a neutral soap can be used, then rinsed thoroughly. The aluminum frame is cleaned in the same way. Abrasive products, solvents, and high-pressure cleaners should be avoided to preserve the surfaces. A frequency appropriate to the site's exposure is sufficient; areas near the road may simply need to be washed more often.
