A composite swing gate is a sensible option when durability must be combined with a natural look. The composite retains the feel of wood, but its maintenance is simple. The aluminum frame stabilizes the entire structure and resists corrosion. This results in a reliable closure without the refinishing required by many wood species. The chosen teak color, with its warm wood tones, gives the material a distinctive presence without compromising its performance.
A composite gate requires no major technical intervention. After removing dust, wipe it with a sponge, warm water, and a non-abrasive soap, then rinse. Repeat this process on the aluminum frame. Pressure washers should be kept at a distance and used sparingly. In coastal or urban environments, more frequent rinsing helps remove salt and dust.

The RANGER B150 linear actuator is ideal for automating swing gates up to 4 meters long and weighing up to 300 kg (i.e., 2 meters and 150 kg maximum per leaf).
Designed specifically for swing gates, this linear actuator system allows you to automate any type of swing gate, whether new or existing, made of iron, aluminum, PVC, or wood.
Its simple and discreet design provides an easy-to-use electric gate without compromising the aesthetics of your gate or detracting from your property's exterior.
This actuator system consists of two linear actuator arms, each designed to automate one leaf of your gate. The pistons inside the actuators extend to close the gate and retract when opening.
Supplied with clear and detailed installation instructions, you can automate your gate quickly and easily! Our installation guide has been designed to guide you step by step to ensure your automation system is working correctly, using clear instructions and illustrations to facilitate understanding.

These screws must be adapted to each type of gate and chosen according to its thickness.
For Casanoov swing gates, we recommend attaching your motor arms with Rivkle-type blind rivets between 8 and 12 mm long. The mounting bracket must be positioned on the reinforced slats designed for this purpose on all our swing gates and pedestrian gates.

You can connect external accessories with a 24V operating power, such as: Photocells, flashing light, backup battery, magnetic or electric lock, push button.
The gate stop should be used if you have a swing gate stop for a manual gate. When you motorize your swing gate, you must ensure that the central stop does not hold it. Your motor will be responsible for locking and securing your swing gate.
Installation tips:
Always check that your installation distances are within the specified ranges in the installation table. The installation distances determine the opening angle of your gate.
