Designed to secure the entrance while preserving the view from the street, this ATHOS composite swing gate combines solid and patterned slats with a rigid aluminum frame. The choice of composite material allows for a teak-like appearance, with warm wood tones, without the usual drawbacks of real wood. The powder-coated structure, Qualicoat certified, provides lasting protection against corrosion and weathering.
The nature of the composite significantly reduces the effects of water and temperature fluctuations on the infill. It maintains a clean surface without sanding, treatment, or refinishing. Around these slats, the powder-coated aluminum forms a strong and durable frame. Its Qualicoat finish offers controlled protection, essential for preserving the product's strength and aesthetic appeal outdoors.

The wood-effect finish is maintained with simple, regular upkeep. Washing with a low-pressure washer, using water and a mild household cleaner, removes most stains. The aluminum powder coating can be cleaned at the same time. No wood conditioner or restorer is required. In coastal or urban environments, more frequent rinsing helps remove salt and dust.

The RANGER B150 linear actuator is ideal for automating swing gates up to 4 meters long and weighing up to 300 kg (i.e., 2 meters and 150 kg maximum per leaf).
Designed specifically for swing gates, this linear actuator system allows you to automate any type of swing gate, whether new or existing, made of iron, aluminum, PVC, or wood.
Its simple and discreet design provides an easy-to-use electric gate without compromising the aesthetics of your gate or detracting from your property's exterior.
This actuator system consists of two linear actuator arms, each designed to automate one leaf of your gate. The pistons inside the actuators extend to close the gate and retract when opening.
Supplied with clear and detailed installation instructions, you can automate your gate quickly and easily! Our installation guide has been designed to guide you step by step to ensure your automation system is working correctly, using clear instructions and illustrations to facilitate understanding.

These screws must be adapted to each type of gate and chosen according to its thickness.
For Casanoov swing gates, we recommend attaching your motor arms with Rivkle-type blind rivets between 8 and 12 mm long. The mounting bracket must be positioned on the reinforced slats designed for this purpose on all our swing gates and pedestrian gates.

You can connect external accessories with a 24V operating power, such as: Photocells, flashing light, backup battery, magnetic or electric lock, push button.
The gate stop should be used if you have a swing gate stop for a manual gate. When you motorize your swing gate, you must ensure that the central stop does not hold it. Your motor will be responsible for locking and securing your swing gate.
Installation tips:
Always check that your installation distances are within the specified ranges in the installation table. The installation distances determine the opening angle of your gate.
