What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

Deliveries, via our partner carrier, are made exclusively with an appointment schedule that you choose. This allows you to calmly determine the day of delivery and to be available when you receive your order.

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. This message offers you dates for a delivery schedule You will be asked for a programming date for each package that makes up your order (you can then program them on the same date to simplify the reception of your order).

Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

So that your products can adapt as best as possible to the space provided for their installation, all our swing gates, gates and fences have the advantage of being able to be cut across their width. However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

Do you do "tailor-made"?

How to Maintain Your Aluminum Product?

Aluminum requires very little maintenance. To preserve its shine and durability, clean it once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
Rinse, dry thoroughly, and avoid abrasive products or high-pressure cleaning, which could damage the powder coating.

Swing gate automation TANKER B700

The TANKER B700 actuator is ideal for motorizing swing gates up to 6 meters long and weighing up to 700 kg (i.e., 3 meters and 350 kg maximum per leaf).

Specially designed for swing gates, this actuator allows you to motorize any type of swing gate, whether new or existing, made of iron, aluminum, PVC, or wood.

Its understated design allows you to benefit from an easy-to-use electric gate with substantial power, without distorting the aesthetics of your gate or detracting from your exterior.

This actuator consists of two actuator arms, each designed to motorize one leaf of your gate.
The pistons located inside the actuators extend to close the gate and retract to open it.

Supplied with clear and detailed installation instructions, you can motorize your gate quickly and easily!
Our installation instructions have been designed to guide you step by step through the proper operation of your automation system, using clear instructions accompanied by illustrations to facilitate your understanding.

Accessories included with the B700 motor:

- 1 flashing LED light with a power of 3 Watts (equivalent to a 30W power for an old-generation incandescent bulb)
- 1 pair of infrared photocells including: 'Transmitter' photocell and 'Receiver' photocell

Accessories not included with the B700 motor:

Screws to attach the motor to the gate.
These screws must be adapted to each type of gate and chosen according to the thickness of your gate.
For Casanoov Swing gates, we recommend attaching your motor arms with Rivkle blind rivets between 8 and 12mm long. The mounting bracket must be positioned on the reinforced slats provided for this purpose on all our swing gates and wickets.

The stop is to be used if you have a swing stop for manual gates. When you motorize your swing gate, you must ensure that the central stop does not hold it back. Your motor will lock and secure your swing gate.

Features of the TANKER B700 motor:

- Inward and outward opening
- Opening angle up to 120°
- The opening angle is determined by your installation requirements (You will find all the installation instructions in the instructions, which can be downloaded freely from the product page)
- Manual motor release in the event of a power outage
- Retracted product length: 86.8 cm
- Open product length: 121.8 cm. The working arm length is 46.7 cm
- The internal rotation speed is 350 revolutions per minute, nearly 60% faster than the B150 model! - Arm extension speed: 2.4 cm/second
- Opening performance can be varied using the soft open and close mode
- The opening and closing speed, as well as the drive force, can be adjusted to 20 different positions. - After opening, the gate can close automatically according to your chosen time interval between 0 and 99 seconds.
- Pedestrian mode: You can choose to open only one of the two leaves.
- Rain protection class: IP 55.
- Motor weight: 23 kg.
- Operating temperature: -45°C to +50°C.
- Thrust force: 1090 N and maximum force: 1110 N.
- Electrical connection between your home and the motor: 20 VAC ± 10%/110 VAC ± 10%.
- Auto-stop function: If your gate encounters an obstacle, the gate automatically stops opening or closing.

You can combine external accessories with a 24V operating power, such as a backup battery, magnetic or electric lock, or push button.
