What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. I have not yet had contact with the delivery man to schedule my delivery what should I do?

Can I make an appointment for delivery?

Deliveries, via our partner carrier, are made exclusively with an appointment schedule that you choose. This allows you to calmly determine the day of delivery and to be available when you receive your order.

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. During this period, you have the possibility to send us your request for cancellation via our after-sales contact form, section "I wish to cancel". How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. This message offers you dates for a delivery schedule You will be asked for a programming date for each package that makes up your order (you can then program them on the same date to simplify the reception of your order).

Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

So that your products can adapt as best as possible to the space provided for their installation, all our swing gates, gates and fences have the advantage of being able to be cut across their width. However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

Do you do "tailor-made"?

The KLEO carport, also very popular as a wall mounted pergola, is certainly the most elegant and easy shade solution that exists for covering a terrace or sheltering a vehicle.

Covering an area of nearly 33 m², the KLEO model, installed as a carport, will allow you to comfortably park your vehicle(s) sheltered from bad weather and heat.

As a roof terrace or attached pergola, the KLEO model will reveal all its assets thanks to its large covered surface, thus promising you an outdoor space with pleasant dimensions to install a beautiful garden furniture, a barbecue area and many more arrangements.

You will be able to fully enjoy your outdoors while being protected from rain, hail, sun and UV rays thanks to its UV30+ surface treatment.

Thanks to stable and robust posts made of aluminum, the KLEO model will demonstrate its durability.
This material known for its resistance against rust has undergone a powder coating on the surface in order to reinforce its abilities against corrosion.
Considered the big trend of the moment, aluminum is one of the most popular materials when it comes to outdoor structures and garden sheds.

Its roof made of transparent alveolar polycarbonate panels treated on the surface to best preserve the color ensures great solidity and durability of this product.
Recognized for its lightness, its remarkable sealing and its high resistance to shocks and impacts, polycarbonate being much less fragile than glass, is widely used when it comes to roofs for pergolas or carports.

Its system of integrated gutters at the front makes it possible to evacuate rainwater on the sides effectively, which reinforces the waterproofness of this pergola.

This aluminum pergola/carport kit, to be assembled and installed by yourself, contains:

- 6 thermo-lacquered aluminum posts (70x35x0.8 mm)
- 36 alveolar polycarbonate plates (Thickness 6 mm)
- Gutters included
- Anchor kit for concrete or wooden floor
- Fasteners

The KLEO model has the advantage of being easily modular and can be installed in different configurations depending on your needs and constraints.

- The roof is adjustable both in height and in inclination.
You can benefit from a height between 225cm and 270cm at the level of the supporting wall.
The inclination can vary between 74° and 80° depending on the placement of your posts and the desired height of your roof.

- The posts are also adjustable.

You can move them laterally independently of each other according to your space and your constraints: garden furniture, barbecue, etc...
However, be sure to respect a distance of 30 to 45cm at the end of the roof to ensure optimal support for your roof.

This item is made up of 2 KLEO 550L300 pergolas and a connection kit to create a single product.
