What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

Deliveries, via our partner carrier, are made exclusively with an appointment schedule that you choose. This allows you to calmly determine the day of delivery and to be available when you receive your order.

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

Description

This complete, connected package combines the AGOSTA 4x3m motorized bioclimatic pergola and two VADA 180cm side awnings for a premium outdoor space, controlled remotely. The motorized AGOSTA range is distinguished by its 11 x 11 cm posts, its generous 250cm height, its 80 km/h wind resistance, and its integrated LED lighting. Its anthracite gray galvanized steel louvers can be angled from 0 to 110° using a remote control, allowing for easy adjustment of light and ventilation, day and night.

About the materials: The AGOSTA motorized pergola features a powder-coated aluminum frame with posts offering superior rigidity and wind resistance. The galvanized steel slats, coated with anthracite gray epoxy paint, ensure strength and durability. The integrated motor, cables, and LED strip are protected within the frame. The VADA aluminum blind cassettes and their 420 g/m² textilene fabrics complete this package with materials proven for intensive outdoor use.

Care and Maintenance
To keep this motorized blind pack in perfect condition, clean the aluminum frame and the blind cassettes once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The galvanized steel slats should be cleaned in the same way, without abrasive products. Do not clean the electrical components (motor, LEDs, remote controls) with water. The textilene fabrics of VADA blinds should be cleaned with clean water.
