What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

Deliveries, via our partner carrier, are made exclusively with an appointment schedule that you choose. This allows you to calmly determine the day of delivery and to be available when you receive your order.

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. During this period, you have the possibility to send us your request for cancellation via our after-sales contact form, section "I wish to cancel". How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. This message offers you dates for a delivery schedule You will be asked for a programming date for each package that makes up your order (you can then program them on the same date to simplify the reception of your order).

Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

So that your products can adapt as best as possible to the space provided for their installation, all our swing gates, gates and fences have the advantage of being able to be cut across their width. However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

Do you do "tailor-made"?

This package combines the PIANA 3x2m attached bioclimatic pergola and two VADA 135cm side awnings to extend your indoor living space directly onto your patio. The PIANA range is distinguished by its sleek, modern design in anthracite grey (RAL 7016), which blends elegantly with the facade of any house. In the attached version, the pergola rests against a load-bearing wall, offering a compact installation that is securely integrated with the existing structure. The VADA awnings, compatible with this range, close off the sides to create a fully protected and customizable space.

About the materials: The powder-coated aluminum frame of the PIANA pergola and the VADA blind cassettes share the same high-quality material: corrosion-resistant aluminum that is lightweight and resistant to a wide range of weather conditions. The steel roof slats with an epoxy coating provide rigidity and durability. The gray textilene fabric (420 g/m²) of the VADA blinds completes the package with advanced UV properties and 85% light blocking, for a robust and long-lasting product.

Maintenance and care: To keep your structure in perfect condition, simple cleaning once or twice a year is sufficient. Use warm, soapy water and a soft cloth on the pergola's aluminum frame and the blind cassettes. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Textilene fabrics should be cleaned with clean water. Avoid harsh detergents, abrasive sponges, and high-pressure cleaning, as these can damage the powder coating and matte sandblasted finish of the blinds.
